The journey behind Eververdant.
Oscar Casanova has spent more than a decade helping leaders make critical decisions across investment banking, strategic finance, operations, and growth at the highest levels.
His career includes Goldman Sachs, Zillow, Attentive, brightwheel, and Shopify, where he partnered with executives responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Along the way, he closed approximately $30 billion in transaction volume spanning mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets before moving into operating roles across venture-backed and private equity-backed companies.
Since then, he has partnered with founders, executive teams, and boards to help companies scale responsibly by building financial infrastructure, improving unit economics, and translating ambitious growth strategies into sustainable outcomes.
But credentials only tell part of the story.
Oscar came to the United States with little more than ambition, gratitude, and belief in what this country makes possible. The opportunities he found here changed his life. Today, Eververdant is his way of giving back.
